Alexandra Watkins
Unconventional and timeless
Alexandra Watkin’s attention to detail, as well as the beauty of her designs, inspired the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts, to include Alexandra’s work in its Art of the Americas Wing.
Alexandra and Nancy Michel have shared Atelier Janiye in Boston since 1982.
Though the work of each artist is unique, with its own style and voice.
both women are known for their use of high-karat gold and the unmatched quality of their metalsmithing.
Alexandra’s work is an alluring blend of gold and jewels. Amber, lapis, black jade, opal, diamonds, morganite, and jade adorn her structured rings, pins, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, combining a modern feel with classic imagery.
Patina Gallery is proud to show and share Alexandra Watkins’ work exclusively.
