Inseparable: jewelry, life and the island
Founded in the 1970s on the island of Formentera by artist Enric Majoral, the Majoral Aterlier was born from a life experience developed in an ancestral Mediterranean culture, rich in his interpretations of the island’s flowers and plants, and the endless sea that surrounds him. The result is a recognizable and coherent work, and with the capacity to evolve over time.
Joining Majoral in 2005, Roc Majoral, son of Enric, has continued as a metalsmith with his fresh and dynamic creations, always maintaining a connecting thread with the work of his father through the influence of the light and color, cultural diversity, and natural richness of the of the Mediterranean world.
Majoral continues producing all their pieces in their workshops in Formentera and Barcelona, by a team of people, trained in the firm, who in some cases have been working for 25 years.
