Pearl and Agate Necklace

This piecefrom the incomparable Carrie Adell features a bezel set, triangularshaped agate, exquisitely positioned in rich high karat gold. What lies just above the agate, is a luscious jubilation ofcopper, sterling silver and gold. Masterfully endowed by the way of Mokume-gane, the combined metals' eloquent character marvelously resembles the natural effect of wood grains or the complex, weathering surfaces of a stone. Carefully, the maker lovingly endows her point of affection with three strands of effulgent freshwater pearls on each side. The pearls all vary incharacterthat reflect a spectrum of pale pink and white while lightly spaced in notes of gold. A composition of pure, stunning perfection, Adell created a work of art to satisfy the soul and steady the heart in sheer, steadfast elation.
